Louis Jay

Louis Jay was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP).
A graduate of a Grande École course (EDHEC), with a Master II in business law, as well as a certificate in criminal science (Assas, Catholic University of Lille), he trained with renowned Parisian law firms (Spinosi & Sureau, Bougartchev & Moyne), in London in financial criminal risk prevention (RBS Bank), and with magistrates in the financial division of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Paris Court of Appeal.
Louis Jay then spent four years working alongside Emmanuel Marsigny, Cyril Gosset and Louis Guesdon (Marsigny Gosset Avocats), where he acquired invaluable technical know-how inherited from their previous practice with Olivier Metzner.
A former secretary of the Paris Bar Conference (2023), he intervened urgently in particularly sensitive cases and represented the Paris Bar abroad.
He is now involved in criminal cases of all sizes, putting his fighting spirit and strategic vision to good use in tailor-made defense.
Marjorie Duquennoy

Marjorie Duquennoy was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, and is a member of the Association des avocats pénalistes (ADAP).
Marjorie Duquennoy holds a degree in criminal law and procedure from the University of Paris XI, and trained with Bidnic et associés, as well as with magistrates from the Chambre de l’application des peines de la Cour d’appel de Paris.
In November 2023, she joined the new graduating class of the Panthéon-Sorbonne University Diploma in Personal Injury Law.
With four years’ experience working with Véronique Massi and Yann Le Bras, Marjorie Duquennoy has developed solid day-to-day expertise in the various areas of criminal law.
She uses this know-how and her pugnacity to fight her clients’ battles on a daily basis.
Arthur Gaulier

Arthur Gaulier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Association des avocats pénalistes (ADAP).
A graduate of the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2) and the Institut de criminologie et de droit pénal de Paris (Certificate in Criminal Sciences), Arthur Gaulier practiced in various renowned criminal law firms as well as in Société Générale’s financial crime department.
Trained at Lysias Avocats, founded by Jean-Pierre Mignard, he then joined Doumic Avocats, founded by Solange R. Doumic, where he practiced general criminal law and business criminal law for four years.
Arthur Gaulier has been involved in a number of complex cases with high personal, financial or political stakes. In this way, he has acquired a wealth of expertise which he puts to good use for private individuals and corporate bodies faced with criminal risk.
Lauren prunier

Lauren Prunier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
Lauren Prunier holds a master’s degree in business litigation from the Université Bretagne Sud, and has completed her training with internships with criminal lawyers, notably at YL Avocats, as well as with lawyers at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation.
She practises in general and business criminal law, and appears before all criminal and correctional courts in mainland France and overseas collectivities.
